Location and History

LifeServices was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. It has nine additional offices: three in Tennessee (Nashville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro), two in Ohio (Akron and Ravenna), two in South Carolina (Conway and Myrtle Beach), and one each in North Carolina (Wilmington) and Louisiana (New Orleans). LifeServices joined the AllOne Health family of companies in 2021.

Client Highlights

LifeServices works with dozens of municipalities and works very closely with their first responders, fire and police departments, and peer support teams. It also serves 40 federal accounts.

Specialty Services and Solutions

All staff members are trained and certified in trauma work and provide Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and wellness training. Most clinicians have over 15 years of experience. Besides providing mental health sessions, LifeServices EAPs have included life coaching, medical advocacy, work-life resources, legal and financial services, and personal assistant.
