June 03, 2025

June is Pride Month—a time to recognize the strength, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals across all communities, including our workplaces.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, but some individuals may face additional stressors related to identity, access to care, or social stigma. That’s why it’s important for organizations to foster respectful, inclusive environments where every employee has access to the support they need.

The Assistance Program offers confidential support and resources to help individuals navigate personal challenges or stressors, strengthen understanding, foster growth, and feel supported in all areas of well-being. Services available through the Assistance Program include:

  • Counseling sessions or coaching sessions
  • Provider matching with clinicians experienced in LGBTQIA+ concerns
  • Family counseling to support understanding and communication
  • Referrals to local community events, support networks, or volunteer opportunities

These services are confidential, and available during Pride Month and throughout the year.
