Strengthening Team Communication and Engagement in Uncertain Times

AllOne Health presents this SHRM PDC-eligible educational webinar for HR professionals and business leaders seeking to move from reactive support to proactive organizational strategy.  

As organizations navigate sustained change, uncertainty, and interpersonal strain, many are experiencing rising burnout, disengagement, and breakdowns in team communication. These patterns are reflected in tens of thousands of aggregated and anonymized AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program data points, which reveal recurring themes related to stress, leadership strain, interpersonal conflict, and workplace communication challenges. This session uses those insights as a strategic lens to help leaders understand what workforce symptoms may be signaling at a systemic level. 

Drawing from leadership development research, organizational culture science, and applied facilitation experience, the program examines common organizational drivers of disengagement and communication breakdowns and outlines practical, evidence based strategies leaders can apply to strengthen team cohesion, trust, and sustainable performance. Participants will explore principles of effective team dynamics, methods for assessing engagement and collaboration, and approaches for creating clarity, accountability, and alignment between team behavior and organizational goals. 

The session is led by Sara Myers, BS, CPF, a leadership development consultant and organizational culture strategist with more than 30 years of experience guiding executive and senior leaders through complex organizational challenges, and Kelli Oberndorf, MHA, CPC, CPF, a leadership facilitator and executive coach who works with AllOne Consulting clients to strengthen communication, collaboration, and workplace culture. Together, they bring extensive experience supporting organizations in translating workforce insights into actionable leadership practices.  

Since 2020, Sara and Kelli have been community-building facilitators with The Vibe Game, where they foster authentic communication, connection, and belonging. They call it “Team Building with a Purpose.”
