Encompass provides immediate response to employees and organizations in need. Incoming calls are answered “live” by an Encompass professional, and licensed master’s level counselors are available to provide on-demand support in any situation.

Backing The Badge

BACKING the BADGE understands the “uniqueness” of the stressors placed on First Responders, and the demands placed on their families and loved ones.

While many agencies/departments have existing EAP programs, one size does not necessarily fit all. To meet these demands, BACKING the BADGE has assembled a team of professionals that include military veterans, former law enforcement officers, and retired firefighters that are skilled in dealing specifically with First Responders and their loved ones. Who better to understand a police officer or firefighter’s needs than another who has walked a mile in their shoes?

Encompass, LLC has been in business for over 30 years. Originating from two merged hospital-based Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) into an independent firm providing EAP, WorkLife and Well-Being benefits for companies and their employees and family members.

Encompass is experienced in the provision of EAP services tailored to your work environment – whether you are in healthcare, finance, retail or manufacturing. Encompass professionals are experienced with all types of situations at both the employee (individual) or organizational level. Encompass strives to ensure maximum support and safety for all, from working in-depth with an employee or their family member to providing workforce training and consult.

In 2019, Encompass EAP joined AllOne Health which in turn allowed the company to continue growing and leveraging our networks, capabilities, and technologies. With the support of AllOne Health EAP, Encompass EAP has the support of a national network of affiliates as well as the latest technology to better serve our clients.
