AllOne Crisis Management Responder Network Roles

Virtual:

    • Emergency Inquiry Center (EIC) Agent/Counselor
      • This role provides critical first contact with individuals impacted by the situation along with basic emotional support, authorized information on the response including updates and resources. It requires accurate documentation of callers’ information and identifying additional needs. Through the utilization of our Virtual Contact Center (VCC) this role is supported in a completely remote environment from a home office.
      • EIC Agents must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with individuals under duress. Experience in customer service industries is beneficial.
      • EIC Counselors must be a master’s-level or above behavioral health professional or an experienced health professional in nursing or related health profession with a state license.
      • VCC Training is required.

On-Site:

    • Family Assistance Representative (FAR)
      • FARs provide direct services and logistical support on-site to survivors, survivor families and victim families affected by a mass casualty event. The support is basic psychological first aid and includes providing information, making travel and lodging arrangements and lending emotional support. This work is supportive rather than clinical in nature and usually scheduled in 8 or 12-hour shifts due to the long-term nature of an activation. FARs must be a master’s-level or above health professional with at least two (2) years post master’s experience, have a state license in their discipline and complete AllOne Crisis Management Responder Training.
    • Crisis Support Coordinator (CSC)
      • CSCs provide support, critical incident response, group and organizational consultation for AllOne Crisis Management customers during a crisis activation. CSCs must be a master’s-level or above behavioral health professional, hold a state license or certificate in a behavioral health discipline and complete FEI’s Crisis Responder Training. A CSC must also be trained and/or have experience in conducting individual and group debriefings following catastrophic events.
