Crisis Management
Preparedness – Response – Recovery
We help organizations prepare to respond when it
We specialize in providing tailored crisis management services across a wide range of industries, including energy, natural resources, transportation, aviation, higher education, hospitality, international finance, manufacturing, and government sectors.

Expertise and Services
Our services are delivered by AllOne Crisis Management, formerly known as FEI Behavioral Health, an organization known for setting the standard in aviation crisis management. Our team has over 25 years of first-hand experience in helping organizations respond to man-made and natural disasters. Our services include:
24/7 Emergency Inquiry Center
We help organizations ensure seamless communication by providing access to an Emergency Inquiry Center, staffed by real human beings who are trained to manage high call volume and provide timely information, support, and resources
Emergency Preparedness Planning
Our first step is to consult with our clients, discussing any existing plans, potential risks, response teams, and family assistance plans. We use this information to create a new Emergency Response Plan (ERP). If we see gaps in resources or training, we address them.
Crisis Communication
Our team supports messaging and outreach for both internal and external stakeholders, helping organizations communicate effectively and proactively in a crisis. We can also provide leadership media training, social media monitoring, coordinate broadcast communications, and provide additional consultation when needed.
Drills, Training, and Exercises
We help organizations facilitate training, drills, tabletop exercises, and annual exercises to make sure everyone knows what to do in a crisis. We tailor our services for different industries and have extensive experience serving aviation, transportation, hospitality, higher education, corporations, and government industries.
Humanitarian Support Services
Following a mass casualty incident, we can establish a Family Assistance Center (FAC) to support bereaved families, friends, and survivors and provide mental health services. We also deploy trauma professionals worldwide to provide psychological first aid to survivors and victim families. These specialists can also help with recovery operations by providing updated information and securing transportation, lodging, or assisting with next-of-kin notifications.
Family Reunification & Survivor Support
Following a large-scale event, we can quickly assist with the setup of an on-site Survivor/Family Reunification Center, which often collaborates with our Emergency Inquiry Center to help with communicating and accounting for people.
Business Continuity and Incident Response
Organizations can call our crisis management team 24/7/365 via our Notification Line and be immediately connected with a team member who can help assess their situation and provide recommendations on what to do next, including whether to activate their emergency response plan.
Tailored to Your Industry & Crisis
Our crisis management services are flexible, scalable, and designed to address both large-scale emergencies and everyday disruptions that impact people and operations across various industries. We know that every industry faces its unique risks—and defines a crisis differently.
Your team responded immediately to our call organizing the people and the systems we needed to manage our crisis communications. Time differences are always a challenge when working with international properties, but (FEI’s Crisis Management) team provided round the clock support. They impressed us all with their responsiveness their expertise and most importantly their compassion.
