AllOne Health Announces the Acquisition of All Points EAP

AllOne Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of All Points EAP & Organizational Services, LLC.

AllOne Health Resources, Inc. (“AllOne Health”),a subsidiary of AllOne Charities, Inc., a Northeastern Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of AllPoints EAP & Organizational Services,Inc. (“All Points”), a Virginia-based non-profit corporation. AllPoints now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AllOne Health under the name“All Points EAP & Organizational Services, LLC.”“All Points is a great company with an excellent team and loyal customer base,” commented John P. Moses, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AllOne Health. Keith Wasley, President of AllOne Health added,“[l]everaging our national platform, innovative service offerings and talented team, we look forward to helping All Points continue to grow and provide unmatched services to its existing and future customers.”“Over time this partnership preserves our strong regional EAP, adds new services to our offering, creates new local job opportunities and funds a community foundation” said Jason McDaniel, Executive Director of All Points.

Same Great People; Services & Location

All Points continues to operate from its Virginia offices with its existing staff and leadership team. Additionally, the All Points Board of Directors serves in an Advisory Board capacity.

No Service or Pricing Changes to Customers

Customers will not see changes in services, pricing or consultants servicing accounts, except that All Points is now operating under a new federal entity identification number. New services added to the All Points service offering in the future will be optional or will be provided as partof the core EAP offering.

Commitment to Community

AllOne Health has funded a private foundation named All Points Foundation, Inc. (the“Foundation”), which has been established to provide grants to community-based, non-profit organizations. The Foundation’s board of directors consists of the All Points previous board of directors.
