Lytle EAP Named Best Places To Work By Pittsburgh Business Time

Lytle EAP was honored at the Pittsburgh Business Time’s annual event at the Westin Convention Center Hotel. Winners were determined through a statewide survey which was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Western Pennsylvania, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part of the process consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined score determined the top companies and the final ranking.
