Organizational Consulting Makes an Impact

I found the Group Coaching calls to be helpful and focused on improving leadership with multiple perspectives in mind. As a leader in an organization, I am often called to tap into my life experience, my instincts and my training when managing those within my sphere of influence. This series of leadership coaching sessions offered by AllOne Consulting Group built concepts with our cohort and then focused them on our situations making them actionable in our organizations. One example for me as the concepts of Psychological Safety and Working Agreements. These were interesting as they create an environment where people feel comfortable not just participating, but contributing in meetings. This environment is not created by a rule that everyone is nice to each other. Rather, it is created through an agreement that allows participants to contribute without fear. This distinction will better focuses our team’s energy and maximizes the rich contributions to be had from all team members.
