AllOne Health has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, recognizing one of the fastest-growing private companies in America after a period of significant expansion, innovation, and investment in the future of workforce well-being. This marks the company’s first appearance on the list, and it reflects a period of sustained growth and an expanding presence in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and whole health space.
“This is our first time on the Inc. 5000, and it means more to me than a growth number,” said Keith Wasley, President and CEO of AllOne Health. “We’ve spent years rethinking what an Employee Assistance Program can be: pairing real technology with the human care at the center of everything we do. What I’m proudest of is the people behind it: the counselors, care teams, and client partners who make the work matter. We’re supporting more people than ever, and we’re not slowing down.”
Rather than treating technology and human care as competing approaches, AllOne Health built its model around both working together—delivering integrated care through accessible, technology-enabled channels while preserving the human connection that drives meaningful outcomes. That approach has enabled the company to support more employees, students, and families while helping employers address the growing complexity of workforce well-being.
The Inc. 5000 recognizes companies for revenue growth over a three-year period, evaluated against a strict set of qualification standards: privately held, for-profit, U.S.-based, and independent as of the close of the qualifying year. This year’s honorees collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years, a reflection of the scale and impact of the companies on the list.
That growth is backed by more than momentum. AllOne Health recently completed a landmark study examining the impact of short-term EAP counseling on individual well-being and organizational success, part of a broader commitment to grounding its approach in measurable outcomes rather than assumptions about what works.
Today, AllOne Health is trusted by more than 11,000 customers, supporting employees, students, and families through a combination of Employee Assistance, Organizational Consulting, Wellness, Crisis Management, and Corporate Concierge services.
AllOne Health extends its congratulations to the full 2026 Inc. 5000 class, and its thanks to the clients, partners, and employees who made this milestone possible.
