Mental Health Awareness Month Preview

April 08, 2024

At AllOne Health, we understand that mental health is not just a topic for discussion during a specific month—it’s a part of overall well-being that deserves attention year-round. That’s why, as we approach Mental Health Awareness Month, we are excited to share our plans for promoting mental health awareness and support throughout May and beyond.

Mental Health Mondays Campaign on LinkedIn

Throughout May, we’re launching our “Mental Health Mondays” campaign on LinkedIn. Each week, we will post a shareable graphic and messaging centered around four key themes:

  • Week 1: Mental Health Matters / You are not alone
  • Week 2: Self-care is not selfish
  • Week 3: Asking for help is a sign of strength / Break the stigma
  • Week 4: Finding Help / Helping Others

These weekly posts will serve as reminders of the importance of prioritizing mental health and will provide tips, encouragement and support to our LinkedIn community.
