Please note that if there is an immediate threat to your health or your request was denied as experimental/investigational, you may seek immediate assistance from the California Department of Managed Health Care (“DMHC”) by calling 888-466-2219 or follow this link to file your grievance/complaint with DMHC. In other circumstances, you are required to file a grievance or complaint regarding each issue/request with us and participate in the process for 30 days before you submit a complaint to the DMHC.
