AllOne Health is excited to announce that Jonathan Eisler, Vice President of AllOne Consulting, was recently featured on a Braezco Learning podcast. He spoke with Ricky Baez, host of the “The ‘H’ in HR” podcast in an episode titled: “Talking About Cultivating High Impact Teams with Jonathan Eisler.”
In this podcast, Eisler discusses his whole health approach to organizational wellness and how everything is related: “Happy and healthy organizations create and lead to happy and healthy leaders, who create and lead to happy and healthy employees.” He also added that when employees feel fulfilled and supported at work, they become healthier and happier partners and parents, which leads to stronger communities and ultimately a brighter future for all.
Eisler emphasized that it’s important for leaders to lead by example, highlighting the critical role of leadership buy-in in driving organizational change and the need for leaders to be flexible and supportive of change initiatives. Eisler also urged caution against taking on projects where leaders are not willing to be engaged. He discussed the importance of prioritizing employee well-being and understanding each employee’s unique strengths and weaknesses.
