AllOne Health is pleased to announce that Jonathan Eisler will be speaking at DisruptHR, Jacksonville on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
DistruptHR is an information exchange for people in the HR field. Its goals are to energize, inform, and empower people in the human resources industry by talking about talent in a whole new way. Disrupt HR events are held in cities across the nation and around the world. Jonathan is hitting the stage with an eye-opening talk on the role HR leaders play in employees’ lives and how to make the most of that influence.
“I learned a transformative life lesson as a young adult, and it’s impacted how I approach work, relationships, and life ever since,” explains Eisler, vice president of AllOne Consulting. “Career-wise, I always knew I wanted to do something that helped people live better, happier lives, and I found my true calling doing this at a meta-level by empowering organizations to do this for their people through organizational development, workforce strategy, and HR consulting.”
Eisler also firmly believes in the ripple effects of healthy organizations. “By elevating a company, you can also transform communities, shape happier families, create more smiling people—and, ultimately, contribute to a more prosperous and harmonious world. And that’s something that should excite us all!”
In addition to his role at AllOne Health, Eisler teaches a course on Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Flagler College. He is passionate about his career at AllOne Health and in the classroom because he empowers people and organizations to focus on what truly matters.
