Keith Wasley

Keith Wasley

Vice President, General Manager

Keith Wasley assumed the role of Vice President and General Manager of AllOne Health Resources in May 2012.  In this role, he manages profits and losses and resource utilization, while maintaining the strategic direction of the company.  Through his strong leadership, Mr. Wasley ensures cohesive communication between all departments within Health Resources, across their sister company, Health Management Solutions, and with their parent, Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania.   

Mr. Wasley joined Health Resources' parent company, Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, in December of 2008.  There, he lead the Enterprise Risk Management group along with additional back office leadership duties.  He is an accomplished executive with a proven track record in leading organizational change and development.

Prior to Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Mr. Wasley held risk management and human resources leadership roles at mid- to large-sized Fortune 500 companies. 

He earned an MBA from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and a BS in Administration of Justice at Pennsylvania State University.  Mr. Wasley also holds an ARM designation.

President

Deborah Talbot serves as President of Health Resources Corporation and directs the organization's senior management team while being responsible for establishing the corporation's ongoing strategic initiatives.  Ms. Talbot joined Health Resources 20 years ago, and it was here that she recognized the client need for a single source occupational health provider with nationwide capabilities.  Ms. Talbot conceptualized this product, developed the initial model for service delivery, and helped secure the initial client contracts for the service.  This particular product now represents approximately 65% of Health Resources' revenue stream.

Ms. Talbot has over 27 years of experience in the fields of Occupational and Behavioral Health.  For several years, she acted as a key member of an international advisory team that provided occupational health consultation to the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom.  In addition, she assisted various hospital "trusts" in developing and restructuring their occupational health programs, and she had similar responsibilities as Director of Operations for a national primary care and occupational health provider.  Ms. Talbot also assumed the role of Director of Marketing and Sales for the later corporation, where she helped define their occupational health program, develop policies and procedures, oversee the training of hands-on clinical staff, develop the sales and marketing teams, and establish sales objectives.

Fred Kohanna

Fred Kohanna

MD, MBA, FACOEM, Corporate Medical Director

Fred Kohanna, MD, MBA, FACOEM is board-certified in emergency medicine as well as occupational and environmental medicine and was appointed the position of Health Resources’ Corporate Medical Director in 2013.  In this role, he develops innovative, customized occupational and environmental health services solutions for a range of clients.  His ability to quickly and accurately analyze and correct flawed corporate health strategies is invaluable to clients seeking to adopt preventative health solutions, rather than treating health problems after they have occurred.

Dr. Kohanna began his medical career 30 years ago as the director of the emergency department at hospitals in the Boston area.  He served as a leader in occupational and corporate health for Metrowest Medical Center, Logan International Airport Health Center, Environmental Health & Engineering Inc., Medcor Inc., and Quadrant Health.  With over twenty years of specific occupational health experience, Dr. Kohanna has provided out-sourced medical direction for numerous Fortune 500 companies.  He has extensive experience in work related injury management, OSHA medical surveillance, DOT exams, and travel medicine; and, he has developed cost-effectie medical programs for corporate clients. Dr. Kohanna has a particular interest in indoor environmental quality problems and has served as a consultant to dozens of corporations, hospitals, and cities and town with building-related health issues.

As a thought leader in the occupational health category, Dr. Kohanna has presented on numerous topics at conferences with regard to workplace walkthroughs, influenza pandemic planning, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work, and wellness topics such as longevity, sleep, and weight management.  He most recently gave presentations at the 2013 OSHA Oil & Gas Conference in Dallas and the 2013 ASSE conference in Las Vegas. 

Dr. Kohanna received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his medical degree from George Washington University. He has an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a Fellow, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (FACOEM) and is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO). He is a past-president of the New England College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (NECOEM) and continues to serve on its Board of Directors.

Brian Morris

Brian Morris

MD, JD, MBA, MPH, Occupational Medical Physician & Associate Medical Director

As Associate Corporate Medical Director, Dr. Brian Morris develops innovative, customized occupational and environmental health services solutions for AllOne Health's wide range of clients.  Dr. Morris specializes in advising law enforcement and emergency personnel on occupational health issues.  His role includes such projects as routine screening for potential exposures to chemical hazards and developing health protocols and monitoring systems to be used in the event of a future bioterrorism attack involving anthrax, smallpox, and chemical nerve agents. 

Dr. Morris has nearly 25 years of experience as an occupational health phsyician.  He began his medical career as an occupational health and primary care physician for Ambulatory Health Associates in Newton, MA.  Prior to joining AllOne Health, Dr. Morris worked with Elizabeth's Hospital, Goddard Occupational Health, and Healthcare Associates.  Since then, Dr. Morris has served in a variety of occupational and corporate health leadership positions.  He lends his expertise as the surgeon general for the Massachusetts State Police and in 2011 he was appointed to the Medical Review Board of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (U.S. Department of Transportation).  Dr. Morris has helped to formulate medical guidelines for the examination of commercial motor vehicle drivers on the topics of sleep apnea, peripheral vision, cochlear implants, fatigue, hours of service, and the use of Schedule II prescription medications.

As an industry thought leader, Dr. Morris has devoted much of his time to researching and authoring studies about a variety of topics especially, airborne toxin and bioterrorism risk, prepardness, and protection.  Most recently, he addressed topics associated with national security. 

Dr. Morris received his Bachelor's and Medical Degrees from Brown University.  He received a Master's Degree in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.  His medical resume includes an internship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA, a Diplomate from the National Board of Medical Examiners, and a Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.  In 1991, Dr. Morris earned a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year.  In 1993, he was Board-certified in Legal Medicine.  Dr. Morris has been certified as a Medical Review Officer by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council and became Board-certified in Occupational Medicine following an occupational medicine residency in Philadelphia, PA.  In 2008, Dr. Morris received his second Master's Degree in Business Administration from Yale University. 

Jerry Berke

Jerry Berke

MD, MPH, Associate Medical Director

Dr. Jerry Berke MD, MPH serves as Associate Corporate Medical Director at Health Resources.  In this role, he works with clients to create health solutions that are beneficial to both the employer and employees.  His special interests include preventative medicine, the health effects of environmental and occupational exposures, and preventative cardiology in the areas of risk, factor, prevention, and fitness.

In addition to his work with AllOne Health, Dr. Berke is also the Director of Medicine and Toxicology for W.R. Grace & Co. and is part of BlueCross of Northeastern Pennsylvania's (BCNEPA's) clinical leadership team.  Additionally, he evaluates and testifies in toxic tort cases as a medical legal consultatnt and serves as an expert on pandemic planning.  Dr. Berke's demonstration of leadership throughout his career had improved the safety and well-being of clients and patients both domestic and worldwide.  He provided medical consultation and direction in response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City and he has provided medical oversight for bioterrorism threats (e.g. anthrax, smallpox) including health monitoring for potential exposures, interaction with federal agencies, and development of medical protocols for remediation workers. 

Dr. Berke has more than 30 years of medical experience.  Prior to AllOne Health, he served as a leader in occupational health, rehabilitation services, and sports medicine for several hospitals and private practices.  He served as a staff physician for the Health South/New England Rehabilitation Hospital for 30 years, and he has worked abroad providing volunteer medical services for underserved populations in Honduras through the CAPE CARES (Central American Relief Efforts) initiative.

Dr Berke's academic appointments include, preceptor at the Boston University School of Medicine's Occupational Medicine Residency Program, advisory board member at the Middlesex Community College School of Medical Terminology, and executive board member at the New England College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Dr. Berke earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine at the Unversity of Illinois.  During his career, Dr. Berke has been appointed a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, to the American Board of Internal Medicine, and to the American Board of Preventative Medicine/Occupational Health.  In 1985, Dr. Berke earned a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan.  He has completed the Program on Health Care Policy and Management from Harvard University and he is a Certified Medical Review Officer.

Karen Ransom

As Vice President of Occupational Health for AllOne Health Resources, Karen Ransom leads the company’s largest division.   In this role, she oversees  the occupational physicians, nurses, and paraprofessional staff located at our corporate location, as well as, in multiple sites around the country.   In addition, she directs the Absence Management and Global Medical Services divisions. As a senior leader at AllOne Health, Ms. Ransom managed several additional special projects including, the development of medical protocols and procedures for a multi-step response to the anthrax threat in 2001, the medical management of AllOne Health’s international travel program providing medical care for client employees traveling in as many as 55 countries, and the development of staff training programs to prepare and respond to bioterrorism, disaster and pandemic preparation.

Prior to joining Allone Health in 1994, Ms. Ransom worked in the clinical setting as a Nurse Manager, Admission and Pre Operative Educator within the health care delivery system.   She also worked for several years in the private insurance industry.

Ms. Random is a graduate of the Malden Hospital School of Nursing, having received the annual Award for Excellence in Nursing.  She is certified by Value Health Sciences to perform MRS reviews and she held a Certified Case Manager designation from 1993-2003.  In 2011, Ms. Ransom was awarded the Marguerite Ahern Graff Excellence in Occupational Health Nursing Award presented by the American Board for Occupational Health Nurses.

Barbara Gentile

In her role as Vice President of Clinical Services and Compliance, Ms. Gentile oversees the delivery of care provided by AllOne Health Resources’ national occupational health clinic network.  Ms. Gentile manages nurses and medical professionals who serve the AllOne Health Resources’ local clientele.  In addition, she directs the drug and alcohol compliance program, works as a consultant and lecturer for corporations who need advice on compliance programs such as driver examinations and DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, and she assists companies establish and implement the policies she recommends. 

Ms. Gentile began her career at AllOne Health Resources in 1989.  Over the years, she has fulfilled various clinical, nursing, and management roles.  She worked in the national occupational health department as an on-site nurse, set up network clinics, acted as the company’s internal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory authority, represented AllOne Health in drug and alcohol hearings, and participated in sales calls.

Ms. Gentile is a member of the General and Program Advisory Committee at Shawsheen Technical High School representing the Health Technology Department.

Patricia Dzindolet

Patricia Dzindolet

Vice President of Employee & Student Assistance Program

Patricia Dzindolet, RN, BSN, MA, serves as Vice President for AllOne Health Resources overseeing the Employee and Student Assistance Programs.  In this role, she is responsible for the overall administration of quality, cost-effective assistance programs that serve industrial, municipal, and higher-education client organizations.  Ms. Dzindolet joined Health Resources in 1988 as the Director of the Health Promotion Programs.  In 1989, she was named Vice President of the Nursing and Health Promotion Services and was responsible for the overall administration of occupational health nursing and health promotion programs.  In 1990, Ms. Dzindolet assumed her current role as Vice President and has been providing strategic planning and leadership to Health Resources' EAP ever since.

Prior to joining the AllOne Health team, Ms. Dzindolet worked in a variety of roles at Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, MA.  Her appointments there included, Medical-Surgical Senior Management Assistant Instructor and Lead Instructor of Perinatal Nursing at the School of Nursing, Director of Nursing Education, Director of Specialty Inpatient Nursing Service and Ambulatory Care, and Assistant Director of Nursing.  Ms. Dzindolet has also held the Nursing Supervisor role at Medfield State Hospital and taught pharmacology, medical terminology, and respiratory medicine at Holliston Junior College.

Ms. Dzindolet attended Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Boston College, and her Master's Degree in Administration from Framingham State University.

Betsy O'Keefe

Betsy O’Keefe serves as AllOne Health Resources’ Director of Finance and Administration.  She joined the company 10 years ago, and is responsible for overseeing Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Payroll, Clinic Network, and Facilities.  During her tenure at AllOne Health, Ms. O’Keefe has assisted with several key acquisitions to ensure the strategic growth and overall mission of the company. 

Prior to her employment at AllOne Health Resources, Ms. O’Keefe held numerous accounting and HR functions at both high-tech and retail corporations.  She was successful in submitting a Federal Grant that supported personnel of 60 people during an industry downturn.

 Ms. O’Keefe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Lesley University and a Masters’ Degree from Suffolk University.

Wim Petersen

Director of Information Technology

Wim Petersen, Director of Information Technology, brings more than 20 years of experience to AllOne Health Resources.  In his current role, Mr. Petersen has been instrumental in growing the IT division, reviewing and implementing new standards, and driving system enhancements across the board.  With his vast experience in both start-up and enterprise-level organizations, Mr. Petersen brings technology innovation to the AllOne Health Resources IT team.

Since graduating from Boston University, he has risen through the ranks of application development in such respected entities as Panagora Asset Management, Apogee Information Systems, Nortel Networks, MKTG Services, and The Warren Group.  Mr. Petersen has prided himself on staying on the leading edge of technology, exemplified with the establishment and success of his own IT consulting firm.

As a results-oriented leader, Wim is versed in enterprise application development within the financial, manufacturing, list management, publication, and health care industries.  He has sucessfully lead teams in the development of CRM packages as well as a wide array of systems including stock trading, fund performance reporting, manufacturing execution, list fulfillment, and electronic medical record keeping.
