Rather, it\u2019s an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself even while living a busy life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Mindfulness Really Means<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At its core, mindfulness means <strong>being fully present<\/strong> in the moment without judgment. It\u2019s about noticing what\u2019s happening\u2014your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings\u2014without getting swept away by them. It\u2019s about paying attention on purpose and becoming more aware.
