Life coaching is embodied in and begins with unbiased and non-judgmental listening to the client.  When these combine with appreciative inquiry, the client propels forward to identify a life’s mission.

In our December 6th HR30 Webinar we will discuss the following elements of Life Coaching:

  • What is Life Coaching?
  • What are the goals?
  • What tools are used to aid the client in defining a plan and course of action?

The right questions posited at the right time catalyzes and leads clients to their inner truth. A vital element of life coaching is to take what might be muddled and guide the client towards clarity. Unveiled inner truth illumines their path by way of a paradigm shift. The shift empowers clients to make permanent and positive changes in their lives. Clients begin to experience transformation in their feelings and their perception of the world, and they begin to create their desired future- the ultimate benefit of Life Coaching.
