At Backing the Badge, we understand what it means to answer a department’s needs when Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services are required. Our team has specialized training for basic and advanced CISM, and as a Backing the Badge client you will have access to our team around the clock. The team has provided timely and relevant responses to assist supervisors and employees with traumatic or shocking life events, that significantly impact the work environment. CISM not only assists employees to work through an event but educates employees in terms of normal reactions to abnormal situations, and how best to cope as life slowly returns to a more normal state.
