Jason McDaniel, Regional Vice President at AllOne Health – East Region, was a keynote speaker on November 11 at the VASHHRA Conference, sponsored by the Virginia Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
McDaniel discussed how the pandemic has exacerbated the frayed social infrastructure of today’s organizations by increasing stress and uncertainty and weakening our institutions and communities. As a result, people are craving genuine connections more than ever.
However, when companies are intentional about creating cultures that prioritize healthy connections, they can reap the benefits of higher employee engagement, improved workforce well-being, and sharpened corporate performance.
McDaniel titled his presentation, “Strategically Building Intentional Community: The Return on Investment of Social Capital in Today’s Workplace.” He has been part of the AllOne Health Family of Companies for more than 20 years.
