Call Center Representative – Woburn, MA

We are currently seeking to fill two full-time positions of Call Center Representative in Woburn, MA. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8pm and Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm.
This position is responsible for handling and scheduling of inbound telephone calls; the bulk of which are scheduling AllOne Health Resources clients for their medical appointments and contacting applicants via telephone. The Call Center Representative will email and fax appointment confirmations and exam paperwork, contact clinics to confirm supplies as well demographic information and update clinic info in AllOne Health Resources databases to reflect current demographics.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Greater than three years current experience in a call center.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
