For more than 40 years, AllOne Health has been a leading provider of quality occupational health services. As a privately held company, we employ nearly 250 individuals working from multiple locations around the country. Our team is comprised of experts in the field of occupational medicine, emergency medicine, and public health. Our physicians have expertise in all pertinent regulatory areas including: DOT, OSHA, PHSMSA, and HIPAA.

With an average of 20 years' experience, the members of AllOne Health's leadership team hail from top positions throughout academia, medicine, psychology, HR, IT, consulting, health insurance, and industry.  And, as a team, they benefit from a breadth of perspectives and passions - united by a common mission.

Keith Wasley

President

Named as President of AllOne Health in 2014, Keith is responsible for providing strategic leadership throughout the organization. Keith works directly with the Board of Directors and other members of the Executive Leadership Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Through his leadership, Keith works to advance AllOne Health’s mission and objectives, and ultimately promote revenue, profitability, and growth over time. In addition, Keith is responsible for effectively utilizing resources and maintaining cohesive communication across the company’s many segments.

The diverse offering of services by AllOne Health requires a strong leadership presence in order to maintain successful business practices. Keith has spent the majority of his professional career in the risk, safety, and human resources management fields, which have provided him a deep understanding of the many factors employers need to consider with regards to their employees. In addition, prior to being appointed President of AOH, Keith held significant management positions at major corporations including Asbury Automotive Group and BlueCross of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is an accomplished executive with a proven track record in leading organizational change and development.

In order to meet the ever-changing needs of organizations across the globe and to maintain the company’s position at the forefront of the workforce health industry, Keith remains committed to the growth and evolution of AllOne Health.

Keith earned an MBA from Wilkes University in PA, and a BS in Administration of Justice at Pennsylvania State University.  He also holds an ARM designation.  

Fred Kohanna

Fred Kohanna

Fred Kohanna, MD, MBA, FACOEM is board-certified in emergency medicine as well as occupational and environmental medicine and was appointed the position of Health Resources’ Corporate Medical Director in 2013.  In this role, he develops innovative, customized occupational and environmental health services solutions for a range of clients.  His ability to quickly and accurately analyze and correct flawed corporate health strategies is invaluable to clients seeking to adopt preventative health solutions, rather than treating health problems after they have occurred.

Dr. Kohanna began his medical career 30 years ago as the director of the emergency department at hospitals in the Boston area.  He served as a leader in occupational and corporate health for Metrowest Medical Center, Logan International Airport Health Center, Environmental Health & Engineering Inc., Medcor Inc., and Quadrant Health.  With over twenty years of specific occupational health experience, Dr. Kohanna has provided out-sourced medical direction for numerous Fortune 500 companies.  He has extensive experience in work related injury management, OSHA medical surveillance, DOT exams, and travel medicine; and, he has developed cost-effective medical programs for corporate clients. Dr. Kohanna has a particular interest in indoor environmental quality problems and has served as a consultant to dozens of corporations, hospitals, and cities and town with building-related health issues.

As a thought leader in the occupational health category, Dr. Kohanna has presented on numerous topics at conferences with regard to workplace walkthroughs, influenza pandemic planning, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work, and wellness topics such as longevity, sleep, and weight management.  He most recently gave presentations at the 2013 OSHA Oil & Gas Conference in Dallas and the 2013 ASSE conference in Las Vegas. 

Dr. Kohanna received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his medical degree from George Washington University. He has an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a Fellow, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (FACOEM) and is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO). He is a past-president of the New England College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (NECOEM) and continues to serve on its Board of Directors.

Peter Castelline

Peter Castelline

CPA, MBA Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance

As Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Castelline is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial operations. In addition, he oversees the development, maintenance, and reporting associated with scalable accounting and financial and performance analytics. Specializing in expense negotiation and purchasing, Mr. Castelline has worked to strategically fine-tune AllOne Health's business relationships in order to drive efficiencies of scale and improve service delivery for our clients.

Mr. Castelline joined AllOne Health in 2015, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in sales, finance, call center management and operations. Previously, he has held numerous executive positions including Corporate Controller, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of National Sales and Client Services, and Chief Financial Officer. In addition, he has served as an adjunct professor at Wilkes University, where he taught managerial accounting.

Mr. Castelline holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting fro Marywood University and an MBA in Business Administration from Wilkes University.

Barbara Gentile

In her role as Vice President of Clinical Services and Compliance, Ms. Gentile manages nurses and medical professionals who serve the AllOne Health Resources’ local clientele. In addition, she directs the drug and alcohol compliance program, works as a consultant and lecturer for corporations who need advice on compliance programs such as driver examinations and DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, and she assists companies establish and implement the policies she recommends.

Ms. Gentile began her career at AllOne Health Resources in 1989. Over the years, she has fulfilled various clinical, nursing, and management roles. She worked in the national occupational health department as an on-site nurse, set up network clinics, acted as the company’s internal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory authority, represented AllOne Health in drug and alcohol hearings, and participated in sales calls.

Ms. Gentile is a member of the General Advisory Committee at Shawsheen Technical High School and is chairperson representing the Health Technology Department.

Vice President of IT and Logistics Operations, Chief Information Officer

Wim Petersen, Vice President of IT and Logistics Operations and Chief Information Officer, brings more than 20 years of experience to AllOne Health. Since graduating from Boston University, he has risen through the ranks of application development in such respected entities as Panagora Asset Management, Apogee Information Systems, Nortel Networks, MKTG Services and The Warren Group. Wim has prided himself on staying on the leading edge of technology, exemplified with the establishment and success of his own IT consulting firm.

A results-oriented leader, Wim is versed in enterprise application development within thefinancial, manufacturing, list management, publication and health care industries. He has successfully lead teams in the development of CRM packages as well as a wide array of systems including stock trading, fund performance reporting, manufacturing execution, list fulfillment and electronic medical record keeping.  At AllOne Health, Wim has been instrumental in growing the IT division, reviewing and implementing new standards and driving system enhancements across the board.

With his vast experience in both start-up and enterprise-level organizations, Wim brings technology innovation to AllOne Health tested experience.

As Vice President for Legal Affairs/Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. O'Brien works to strategically support the organization's commitment to growth by providing strategic counsel and fostering relationships with organizations across the country with a special focus on Pennsylvania.

Mr. O'Brien joined AllOne Health in 2015, bringing with him a unique blend of government, legal, and small business experience that aids AllOne Health in the development and implementation of corporate objectives. Mr. O'Brien has a long history of working in government, including serving in the Clinton Administration and as Lackawanna County Commissioner for 7 years. As an elected official, Mr. O'Brien was responsible for overseeing a county government with a $170 million budget and 1,700 employees covered by 8 collective bargaining agreements. As an attorney, Mr. O'Brien represented financial institutions and private companies in bank regulatory and securities-related legal matters. As a small business owner, Mr. O'Brien has extensive experience managing a franchise business with multiple locations in the heavily regulated environmental sector.  

Mr. O'Brien's diverse professional background allows him to understand the importance of workforce health, safety, and compliane.

Mr. O'Brien holds a B.A. in Political Science from Penn State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.
